This ''Exclusive Nedonna Beach Vacation Home'' is nicely set on a large lot located on a quiet street just one block from the beautiful sands of Nedonna Beach. It is truly meant for your family to enjoy privately or has the space for 2 families. This home is carefully decorated and furnished to exceed your comfort levels. This home is located just North of Rockaway Beach and is a very short walk to the clean sands of Nedonna Beach.

You will find qualitiy furnishings, new bedding, quality towels and linens, as well as an open feeling to this 2 level home. This is not your typical "rental" with broken down furniture, dark living areas, or worn out cookware. The owners personally decorated this home for your enjoyment.

Dutch Retreat is a two-story home that is open, spacious with a reverse living design (main living and kitchen are on the upper floor). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the quiet Nedonna area!

The upstairs features full views from the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and outside decks. A wood pellet fireplace is located in the dining/living area. Decks are located on the Norh and South sides of the home. The larger deck on the North side is perfect to for the BBQ and outside eating. Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The lower floor has the second living area, bedrrom with 2 triple bunks. (Large full bed on bottom and twin on top). The socond full bath and laundry facility are located in the lower floor as well as the garage.

Distanst to the beach is one average city block. Sand pathway from the street in from of the home leads you directly to the sands of Nedonna.

* Bedroom #3: The "Bunk Room" has two "Triple Bunks" which is full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Perfect for families or a third couple.

* There are 2 full baths, one full bath on each floor. Full Laundry facilities located on the lower level.

$225.00 night, 3 night minimum, plus 12% tax, plus $85.00 cleaning/maintenance fee.

OFF SEASON: All dates not listed above:

$195.00 night, plus 12% tax, plus $85.00 cleaning/maintenance fee.
